JOHNSON COUNTY - North Texas Real Estate Information Systems released its 4Q 2012 Market Report. Johnson County had 364 closed sales in 4Q 2012 compared with 311 in 4Q 2011.

Alvarado, Burleson, Cleburne and Joshua are in Johnson County.

The median sales price was $110,050 for 4Q 2012, up 12.0 percent from 4Q 2011.
