CENTRAL TEXAS – Multifamily statistics for the Belton/Central Texas area have been provided by San Antonio-based Apartment MarketData Research.

The area’s apartments remained relatively affordable in the three months ending January 2013, as Central Texas’ units averaged $0.795 per sf, compared to an average of $0.914 for the Texas metro average.
