SAN MARCOS – CMI Moulding purchased 500 Wonder World Drive, a 56,700-sf industrial building that sits on 12 acres near I-35. The property will operate as a distribution center primarily serving Austin and San Antonio.
The building will serve as CMI’s 13th U.S. facility and the third location in Texas.
