SAN ANGELO - Multifamily statistics for the San Angelo area have been provided by San Antonio-based Apartment MarketData Research.

The area’s apartments remained relatively affordable in the three months ending January 2013, as San Angelo’s units averaged $0.747 per sf, compared to an average of $0.914 for the Texas metro average.

San Angelo’s occupancy in units built since 2010 slightly outpaced the Texas metro average, with a 100 percent occupancy rate in the area, compared to 96.3 percent for the Texas metro average.
