La Bodega produce to Farmers Branch

FARMERS BRANCH – A personal property tax rebate was approved by Farmers Branch City Council that clears the way for the relocation of La Bodega’s produce company headquarters and distribution center from their existing 140,000-sf distribution facility in Garland.

With anticipated inventory and equipment eclipsing $29 million, the expanded relocation to the east-side commercial district will consume some 240,000 sf.

La Bodega will be bringing 150 jobs, with an expected jump to 330 jobs by the fifth year of their ten-year lease.
