IRVING – Sun Life Assurance Co., a Canadian investor bought the 13-story Waterway Las Colinas office tower.
The 221,941-sf building at 433 E. Las Colinas Blvd. near SH 114 was built in 1982.
Sun Life purchased the building from Florida-based Codina Partners who has owned the building since 2012.
