Camden footprint sizes up in Greenway Plaza

HOUSTON – Camden Property Trust signed a lease for 86,733 sf at 11 Greenway Plaza. The company will expand its footprint from its current building in 3 Greenway Plaza by almost 20,000 sf in the new space.

The current lease still has two years on it and will be subleased. Camden’s new lease will run until 2025. The company plans to move its headquarters in September 2013.

Located in Houston’s Greenway Plaza submarket, 11 Greenway Plaza is a 31-story Class A office building with 745,956 sf.
