HOUSTON – Applied Cryo Technologies (ACT) has signed a lease for 173,000 sf at 7150 Almeda Genoa Rd. ACT designs and manufacturers cryogenic trailers and mobile storage equipment for the oil and gas, industrial gas and emerging LNG markets.
The one-story, Class C industrial building is in the South Highway 35 industrial submarket and was constructed in 1974.
