LIVE OAK, BEXAR COUNTY - KB Home has purchased 34 acres to build a new 172-home subdivision called Ironwood at Crestway.
The community is located along the I-35 corridor — in proximity to Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph and Fort Sam Houston.
Homes at Ironwood at Crestway will range from 1,515 sf to 2,960 sf. Model homes are slated to open to the public in June.
The land buy for Ironwood marks the latest acquisition by KB Home in the far Northeast Side corridor over the past few months. The home builder recently purchased tracts in New Braunfels, Cibolo and Converse as well.
