HOUSTON – Bednad LLC has acquired an industrial building in the Fairbanks Industrial Park at 9855 Genard Rd. from Tralto LLC for $3.2 million or $89 per sf.
The 36,000-sf, Class B industrial building was built in 2012 and is in the Northwest Inner Loop industrial submarket.
