HOUSTON – Cameron International, an energy services company, signed a long-term lease for 106,801 sf in the office building at 3505 W. Sam Houston Parkway.
The four-story, 228,000-sf office building is currently under construction in the Katy Freeway West submarket. Delivery is set for July.
