HUNT COUNTY – North Texas Real Estate Information Systems released its 4Q 2012 Market Report. Hunt County had 168 closed sales in 4Q 2012 compared with 153 in 4Q 2011. The median sales price was $102,000 for 4Q 2012, up 16.6 percent from 4Q 2011.
Greenville, Quinlin, Royse City, Caddo Mills and Commerce are in Hunt County.
