CEDAR HILL – Baruch Cedar Hill LLC purchased the 187,000-sf Cedar Hill Crossing shopping center on FM 1382 from EE Cedar Hill Crossing LP.
The retail building was 93 percent occupied at the time of sale. Tenants include The Home Depot, Petco, Dollar Tree, Party City and other national retailers.
