SAN ANTONIO – Sierra Ridge has been purchased by Metonic Real Estate Services on behalf of investors. The 230-unit apartment community is located at 1401 Patricia Dr., on the city’s North Central Side.
The new owners plan to make upgrades to the complex which was built in 1972.
