SAN ANGELO - In 2012, Goodfellow Air Force Base trained and graduated over 13,500 students — an average daily student load in excess of 3,200. This was the most ever during a calendar year and an increase of 4 percent from the previous year.

Goodfellow will complete construction of a 50,000-sf Joint Intelligence Technical Training Facility in mid-2013. The new state-of-the-art facility will supplement already existing intelligence training facilities with an additional 26 classrooms and include a 200-person classified media room.

Goodfellow conducted a ribbon-cutting ceremony in mid-January to mark the reopening of the newly renovated Cressman Dining Facility and the opening of the new Consolidated Learning Center, the Marine Training Leaders Building, the Crossroads Chapel Student Center, and another new Pipeline Student Dormitory.

These five facilities will provide unmatched services to over 10,000 joint-service military members, civilians, and their families who call Goodfellow home.
