CONROE – The Montgomery County Food Bank, an organization that provides meals for the needy, has purchased a 55,978-sf industrial building and 5.15 acres at 825 S. Trade Center Pkwy.
The structure was constructed in 1977 and later renovated in 1988. Amenities include a freezer, cooler, distribution and warehouse/office space. Martin Brower Co. previously occupied the facility.
