San Antonio home sales over $500,000

SAN ANTONIO – A total of 606 homes in the price range of $500,000 and up were sold in the greater San Antonio area between January and November of 2012 — up from 556 sales over the same 11 months the prior year, San Antonio Board of Realtors reports.

Meanwhile, the far North submarket — which includes Cibolo Canyons — continues to rank as one of the most active areas. Between Jan. 1 through Nov. 30, 2012, there were 1,997 home sales in this submarket — up from 1,645 for the same 11-month period in 2011, SABOR reports.
