Victoria apartment stats Jan. 2013
VICTORIA – Multifamily statistics for the Victoria area have been provided by San Antonio-based Apartment MarketData Research.
The area’s apartments remained relatively affordable in the three months ending January 2013, as Victoria’s units averaged $0.789 per sf, compared with an average of $0.914 for the Texas metro average.
Victoria’s occupancy in units built since 2010 lagged behind the Texas metro average, with a 68.5 percent occupancy rate in the area, compared with 96.3 percent for the Texas metro average.
