Retail development booms in Killeen

KILLEEN – Retail development is heating up on East Stan Schlueter Loop. Developer Jim Wright, of the Jim Wright Company in Killeen, is finishing a seven-space retail project at 2707 E. Stan Schlueter. Four of the spaces are already rented, according to Wright.

Killeen-based Park Construction is heading toward the homestretch on a seven-space retail project at the intersection of East Stan Schlueter and W.S. Young Dr. The project is expected to be completed in May 2013.
