Part deux begins at Union at Carrollton Square

CARROLLTON – High Street Residential has begun its second phase of Union at Carrollton Square, a mixed-use transit-oriented residential community at the corner of Main St. and Carroll Ave.

The second phase includes a 100,617-sf building with 132 Class A residential units.

Along with the residential units, the developer signed a lease with Twisted Root Burger Co. for a 4,658-sf restaurant on the ground floor of the new project.
