CONROE – Construction on The Retreat at Conroe is complete, and developer Allied Realty has started leasing the property. The 210-unit luxury apartment home community, located at 2951 N. Loop 336 W., has one- to three-bedroom units ranging from 593 to 1,344 sf.
Rents range from $770 to $1,500 per month.
The Retreat is Allied’s first project in Conroe and second in Montgomery County in the past two years.
