HUNTSVILLE - The 294-unit Forum at Sam Houston at 3019 Sam Houston Ave. has been sold to Vesper Holdings. The 450-bed apartment complex has 11 three-story residential buildings and a clubhouse.

Completed in 2011, the property features floor plans ranging from one- to three-bedroom units. The property, located near Sam Houston State University, currently maintains a 99 percent occupancy rate. The Walker County Appraisal District assesses the property at $15.1 million.

With this latest transaction, Vesper's student housing portfolio now totals ten apartment complexes and approximately 4,700 beds. Florida-based developer Parkland Development Corp. was the seller.
