Men’s Wearhouse, Mattress Firm on Abilene

ABILENE – Men’s Wearhouse will be the anchor store in the soon-to-be constructed Abilene Centre at 3550 Catclaw Dr. The site will be across from the Shops at Abilene. Also, Mattress Firm, a national bedding retailer, will be located at the site.

The apparel store will be housed at a 10,000-sf multitenant facility, while Mattress will be in a separate 5,500-sf space.

The Mattress Firm building could be ready for occupancy by the middle of April, according to Biff McGuire, CEO of South Lake-Based N3 Real Estate, the developer of the site.

N3 recently purchased 50,000 sf of existing multitenant retail center next to Walmart in Sweetwater.
