HOUSTON – Bass Computers has signed a lease renewal and expansion for 55,967 sf at 10550 Bissonnet St.
The industrial building totals 101,051 sf in the Techway SW Business Park. EastGroup Properties Inc. developed the property in 2003 and is the current owner of the property. Bass Computer’s lease includes a 15,720-sf expansion.
