Dover Energy selects Pearland for new regional facility

PEARLAND – Dover Energy has selected Pearland as the site for its new 150,000-sf regional consolidated manufacturing and operations center. The facility will be located in the Lower Kirby Urban District on a 14-acre site at the northeast corner of Spectrum Blvd. and Hooper Rd., directly behind Merit Medical’s new facility.

As per the incentive package set up by the City of Pearland and the Pearland Economic Development Corporation, the facility will have a staff of approximately 200 employees, and is expected to bring $23.8 million in investment to the community.
