FORT WORTH – Victory Healthcare is expanding its presence in North Texas by building its $51 million Victory Medical Center at the corner of S. Main St. and Pennsylvania Ave. The 85,000-sf medical facility and the 50,000-sf medical office building will sit on 6.5 acres.

The hospital, like all Victory facilities, will have a one-to-one inpatient to caregiver ratio.

Plans include 25 patient beds, including five suites with private family quarters, eight operating rooms and four Intensive Care rooms.

The facility will resemble a circa 1910 design that incorporates a replica of the St. Joseph’s Hospital tower.

Victory Health will hire 140 workers for the new medical center, which is scheduled to open in early 2014.
