Belmont’s $22 million race to West Lake Hills

WEST LAKE HILLS – The 101,900-sf Belmont Village West Lake Hills is under construction at 4310 Bee Cave Road, about one mile from Westlake Medical Center and Hospital. Value of construction is $22 million.

The three-story complex will have 141 apartments and offer a continuum of care, including assisted living, Alzheimer’s care and a program for mild cognitive impairment. It’s due to open in summer 2014.
