DALLAS – Arizona-based Healthcare Trust of America Inc. has purchased the 130,000-sf Forest Park Tower for $48.7 million.

The building — which was built in 2010 — is fully leased and located at 11990 N. Central Expy.

The acquisition is the second recent purchase the Scottsdale-based real estate investor has made in the Forest Park Medical Center after buying the smaller Forest Park Pavilion for $26.75 million in January 2013.
