EL PASO – Two hotels in the area, located along I-10 and near Airway, are part of a proposed $351.4 million sale involving 26 name-brand hotels nationwide.
The 139-room Hampton Inn & Suites, and the next-door, 90-room Courtyard by Marriott hotels in East Central El Paso are to be sold in September and October 2015 under the proposed deal.
The entire deal is to be completed by JanuarSummit Hotel Properties Inc. an Austin hotel investment company, has agreed to sell 26 hotels to American Realty Capital Hospitality Trust, a New York real estate investment trust focused on acquiring premium national-branded hotel.
