Coppell Point West I sold in 3.3M-SF portfolio

COPPELL – Chambers Street Properties bought out its partner, Duke Realty Corp., in the ownership of 17 properties.

Included in the sale is the 183,000-sf Point West I office building at 1525 S. Belt Line Rd.

In Houston, 22535 Colonial Parkway, a 90,000-sf office building sold.
