Broadway hit with $32M MidTown units

SAN ANTONIO – Embrey Partners has broken ground on a 282-unit luxury rental community in the Mahnke Park area north of downtown. The Brackenridge at MidTown is a $32 million project and is expected to help trigger more redevelopment along the Broadway corridor.

The development will be located near Brackenridge Park and the future site of the San Antonio Children’s Museum. The Brackenridge at MidTown will replace an older residential complex that had long been plagued by public health and safety concerns.

The City of San Antonio is providing nearly $3 million in incentives for the project, which includes $783,000 in public improvements.
