Luckey Ranch herds 800 homes to San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – LGI Homes (LGI) has closed on the purchase of 208 acres along Loop 1604 and US 90 — on the city’s far West Side. Plans for the tract call for the firm to build roughly 800 homes ranging in size from 1,200 to 2,600 sf, and in price from $129,900 to $172,900.

LGI’s purchase is part of a larger master-planned development known as Luckey Ranch. At build out, Luckey Ranch is poised to boast 593 acres of residential, and 71 acres of commercial development.

In 2011, the firm purchased 93 acres out of the same development for 393 homes.
