HOUSTON - The 428,285-sf Galleria Plaza, a mixed-use complex, has been purchased by Songy HighRoads LLC and The Carlyle Group.

The property includes two office towers and more than 30,000 sf of retail. The property is adjacent to the Houston Galleria with frontage on Westheimer, Alabama and Sage.

The 7.6-acre property includes the following:

  • Telecheck Plaza (11-story, 217,005-sf, 100 percent leased office tower);
  • 5333 Westheimer (ten-story, 178,468-sf, 92.5 percent leased office tower);
  • Sage Plaza (20,120-sf, 64 percent leased retail property);
  • Michaelyndon’s on the Boulevard (8,800-sf, 100 percent leased retail property); and
  • Region’s Bank (3,892-sf, 100 percent leased retail property).

Chase Merritt and Pacific Coast Capital Partners LLC sold the property.
