MISSOURI CITY - A subsidiary of CNC Manufacturing has purchased a 7.58-acre development site in 157-acre Lakeview Business Park, located at the intersection of Buffalo Run and Fondren Rd.

CNC plans to build a 75,000-sf warehouse and industrial facility at 911 Buffalo Run, relocating from its current facility on Jessamine St. in Houston, where it occupies 40,000 sf.

By the end of the first year in the new location, CNC plans to have more than 90 people employed at the facility.

The company currently has 62 employees. CNC also plans to develop an additional 35,000 sf during the first three years of occupancy, opening up the opportunity to hire another 45 employees.

The company acquired the land from Lakeview BP Land LP for an undisclosed amount. Trammell Crow Co. will manage the development of the new facility.
