Vantage at Buda Ranch sold for $23 million

BUDA – The 264-unit Vantage at Buda Ranch complex has been purchased by Steadfast Income REIT Inc. for $23 million or $87,121 per unit. Originally built in 2009 by Vantage Communities, the complex is located at 1250 Robert S. Light.

Units consist of one-, two- and three-bedrooms with size ranging from 597 sf to 1,150 sf. Monthly rent ranges from $800 to $1,284.

Steadfast Income REIT will be renamed the property to the Trails at Buda Ranch.
