GeoSouthern blooms in Spring at Wildwood Centre

SPRING – Ground is set to break on the first phase of Wildwood Corporate Centre at 460 Wildwood Forest. Archway Properties, developer of the three-story, two-building, 127,794-sf project, will begin construction in April 2013, with completion scheduled for early 2014.

Upon completion, GeoSouthern Energy Corp. will lease 51 percent of the project.

There is more room for development at Wildwood Corporate Centre as well, with another phase on the drawing board, which will measure anywhere from 120,000 sf to 150,000 sf. If no tenant is found for the second phase, construction should start on a speculative basis in early 2014.

The project is approximately one mile from the massive Exxon Mobil campus currently under construction.
