60,000-SF lease for Freese and Nichols

DALLAS – Freese and Nichols signed a sublease to relocate and expand its operations in Dallas to the 42-story Tower at Cityplace at 2711 N. Haskell Ave. The long-term deal totals 60,600 sf and fills the 32nd and 33rd floors.

The Class A office building was constructed in 1998 on 8.2 acres and totals more than 1.3 million sf.

The consulting firm presently occupies approximately 34,000 sf at Market Ross Place, and will nearly double its size in the move.
