Jenkins buys self-storage facility in Mansfield

MANSFIELD – The Jenkins Organization Inc., a self-storage operator, developer and management company, has purchased Texas Best Self Storage, located a half-block south of Debbie Lane on Hwy. 157.

The 39,000-sf facility is expected to be expanded to 79,000 sf, and renamed Mansfield Self Storage.

The 4.2-acre facility was built in 2002 and offers ground-level standard and temperature-controlled units, onsite management, gated access, surveillance cameras and moving supplies.

The acquisition brings the number of owned and managed properties under The Jenkins Organization to 53, serving approximately 23,000 customers.
