Park Lane complex sprouts construction crane

DALLAS – A vacant corner at North Central Expressway and Park Ln. will soon be sprouting a construction crane. Owners of the Park Lane retail, office and residential complex plan to build a five-story office project on the empty site.

The office building will contain about 120,000 sf with retail space on the ground floor. The corner office building, which will be constructed from the ground up, will open later in 2014.

The Park Lane development is owned by a partnership headed by Northwood Investors of New York. The 33.5-acre development contains 590,000 sf of retail space, 344,000 sf of offices and 325 apartments.
