HOUSTON – Behringer Harvard and Trammell Crow Residential have begun construction on The Muse Museum District, a multifamily community on 2.9 acres at 1301 Richmond Street in the Montrose/Museum District submarket.

Construction costs for the 270-unit community are estimated at $52 million.

The property will comprise a four-story residential building constructed above a two-level parking garage. Averaging 888 sf, the apartments will be built to condominium-quality specifications and offer up to two bedrooms and two baths.

Completion is scheduled for fourth quarter 2014.
