BEE CAVE - Construction on the city’s first large-scale hotel to be built in the Hill Country Galleria has been approved. The five-story hotel will be located near Bee Cave Pkwy. near FM 2244. and include 200 to 250 guest rooms.
The cost of the project likely will be $25 million to $30 million, and construction is set to begin in November.
The hotel would also include underground parking, a pool, 8,000 to 10,000 sf of banquet space and a rooftop deck and bar.
The Bee Cave City Council unanimously approved zoning changes that would allow for the construction of the hotel.
