Fortis buys 1.05M-SF Colonnade in Addison

ADDISON – Fortis Property Group LLC has purchased the Colonnade office complex on the Dallas North Tollway at Arapaho Rd. The three-tower, 1.05 million-sf development is just under 90 percent leased.

Experts expected the property to sell for more than $200 million.

The buildings have been owned by CBRE Global Investors since 2008 and were constructed in the 1980s.

Fortis Property Group also owns the Harwood Center tower in downtown Dallas and the NEC Building in Las Colinas.
