30-Story Windrose condos to $2B Legacy West

PLANO – A 30-story condominium tower on Headquarters Dr., will bring luxury living to the $2 billion Legacy West development in West Plano.

Called Windrose at Legacy West, the tower will be next door to Liberty Mutual’s new buildings and just across the street from the $400 million Legacy West urban village, which is under construction with shops, restaurants, apartments and offices.

The residential units will range from around 900 sf for the smallest one-bedroom to more than 2,800 sf for the penthouse.

The smallest units start at more than $500,000.

The condo tower will join a 300-room, $82 million Renaissance Hotel, 280,000 sf of retail and restaurant space, hundreds of apartments and about 240,000 sf of offices being built along the west side of the tollway, south of SH 121.

The overall development is Texas’ largest new mixed-use project and will start opening in about a year.
