McKINNEY – Blockbuster Inc. headquarters and distribution center, located at 3000 Redbud Blvd. has sold at a foreclosure auction for $19.7 million.
The 888,096-sf facility and 47.8 acres were once home to North Texas’ largest publicly traded companies.
The Collin County Appraisal District last valued the property at $22.5 million.
