IRVING – Dallas-based Myers & Crow Co. Ltd. closed on a 12.5-acre plot of land at the northeast corner of Freeport Pkwy. and Regent Blvd. near LBJ Freeway.

The company plans to build a speculative three-story, 153,515-sf office building named Freeport 9, which is Myers & Crow’s ninth building to develop off Freeport Pkwy.

Freeport 9 is scheduled to begin in early June, with delivery of the building expected in March 2014. This will be the Myers & Crow’s 41st office project and 76th overall project to develop.
