AUSTIN – Los Angeles-based Karlin Real Estate closed on two buildings, collectively called Plaza 35, at 12234 N. I-35.

The 186,000-sf property is 100 percent occupied by Yodle Inc., VirTex Assembly Services and Logisticare Solutions LLC. The properties were built in 2000 and were owned by Stream Realty.

Karlin owns two other buildings nearby that were previously owned by Dell Inc. One of those is leased in full to General Motors Co., where the company’s planned technology center will operate.

Karlin has become one of the more active commercial real estate investors in Austin during the past three years. The company is aggressively marketing a new 300-acre business park, simply called Parmer, which is proposed near all of its other acquisitions in North Austin.
