Golden Triangle Mall renovates, adds leases

DENTON – As redevelopment continues, several new tenants have been signed at the 765,000-sf Golden Triangle Mall.

Buckle is set to occupy 5,040 sf when it opens fall 2013. New food court eateries include Italia Express, Tobu Oriental Eatery and Smoothie Paradise.

Golden Triangle Mall is currently undergoing a total renovation as part of a joint venture between The MGHerring Group and Cencor Realty Services. After completing a $1.25 million interior remodel in late 2012, construction has started on a complete renovation of the East and West mall entrances and the addition of an all-new food court, full-service restaurants and a major fashion retailer.

The $3.5 million renovation is scheduled for a summer 2013 completion.
