Weeks Robinson signs leases for over 650,000 SF

DALLAS – Weeks Robinson Properties, an Atlanta-based real estate investment and development company, recently executed several lease transactions in the Dallas market totaling more than 650,000 sf.

The following transactions have been completed since April 2012:

• Arlington’s Forum 303 Crossing — Pitney Bowes (76,500 sf); TSF Sportswear LLC (78,065 sf); QFC Industries (26,250 sf) and American Furniture Rentals (38,987 sf);
• Fort Worth’s Railhead Industrial Park — Ring Container Technologies Inc. (105,857 sf);
• Plano on Plano Pkwy. — Winzer Corporation (122,595-sf build-to-suit); and
• S. Dallas at 4800 and 4900 Langdon Rd. — Conn’s Appliances Inc. (321,135 sf) and Goodman Industries (23,200 sf).
