RICHARDSON - The University of Texas at Dallas will begin construction on May 1 on a $25 million expansion of its College of Business at its Richardson campus. The four-story, 110,000-sf building has an expected completion in fall 2014.
The new building will include a high-tech financial trading laboratory, live-broadcast sales laboratory and multiple interview rooms for a career center.
With over 6,000 students, the business school is currently at capacity. In 2012, enrollment was up 18 percent for undergraduate students and 7 percent for graduate students.
