US Airways moves to American Airlines at El Paso airport

EL PASO – The US Airways ticket counter and gate operations have been moved to the American Airlines counter and gate operations at El Paso International Airport, airport officials report.

US Airways in late 2013 merged into American Airlines.The two airlines have been integrating their systems and operations since then.

US Airways operations have now been moved to American Airlines Gate one in Concourse A at the El Paso airport.

American Airlines and US Airways have 32 percent of the airline passenger market in El Paso, airport data show.

American has 11 daily flights out of El Paso and US Airways has four, according to the latest airport data.
